Why Should You Eat Pulses?

Pulses are very frequent visitors to our kitchen and eating, but probably you are not aware how much their nutritional value. They are part of healthy eating, help in the prevention and control of chronic illnesses such as cancer, diabetes and coronary heart disease.

They are rich in protein and nutrient, they are extremely protective and it can be a substitute for meat. A good choice for a reduction diet because they are low in fat and rich in dietary fiber that support good digestion and bowel movements.

There is a negative side of these food groups. They have a very bad effect on health if they are incorrectly prepared.

Peas, beans,azuki beans, lentils, chickpeas, mung beans, soy beans … These legumes must be found on the shelves of your kitchen and be sure you add them in your weekly menus.
