Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski from MSNBC made recently an appearance on The View to discuss about politics as well as about the 10th anniversary of their show, Morning Joe. Unfortunately, the show took a drastic turn when the panel began a discussion related to President Trump’s so-called “obsession” with Brzezinski.
Via Western Journalism:
It all started when The View co-host Whoopi Goldberg asked, “Can we just say that there is an obsession with Mika?”
“It’s been that way from the very beginning and people ask why he’s always so mean to Mika,” Scarborough replied.
Co-host Joy Behar then interrupted by suggesting that perhaps Trump was physically attractedto Brzezinski.
“Even before he ran for president, I won’t show you. I mean he would walk up on the set and he’d walk past me,” Scarborough said, standing up to demonstrate how Trump would hug Brzezinski.
However, Brzezinski cut him off, saying, “You can’t actually do it, it’s pornographic.”
Co-host Sunny Hostin, now shocked, asked, “Pornographic?”
“No. Not pornographic. It’s a funny way to hug,” Scarborough responded.
“He’s handsy,” Brzezinski said.
Scarborough and Brzezinski, who became engaged earlier this year, also talked about how they knew Trump was eventually going to turn on them.
“Did it ever occur to you he was going to change, he was going to shift up on you as he had with other people?” Goldberg asked.
“Anybody that’s known Donald, knows it’s all transnational. He called one day early on, like in 2015,” Scarborough said, mocking Trump’s voice: “Joe, you’ve got the greatest show in the world. I love your show.” “And at the time,” he continued, “I said, yeah Donald, and tomorrow when we say something you don’t like, then we’ll be the worst human beings on the face of the earth. And it happened!”
The White House defended Trump’s tweets.
“I don’t think that the president’s ever been someone who gets attacked and doesn’t push back,” Deputy Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said on “America’s Newsroom.” “There have been an outrageous number of personal attacks…This is a president who fights fire with fire and certainly will not be bullied by the liberal media.”

A spokesperson for the First Lady said in a statement: “As the First Lady has stated publicly in the past, when her husband gets attacked, he will punch back 10 times harder.”
